I just had to brag on Every Level Fitness and the trainers. I was just speaking to a former police partner. He and his wife moved to California years ago but we are friends and stay connected through Facebook. We were catching up and he made the comment that I have lowered my age 10 years since I have been working out. He and his wife were questioning if some of the pics I have posted were really me since I looked way younger now. What a great compliment for Every Level Fitness!!
